In my enthusiasm to get to skating I forgot that muscle memory was a thing and end up falling way more than I should so I’m going to be training for not on the rink this summer while my skating friend is across the country doing non-profit work. I’m retraining my leg to do some work it doesn’t to do lots of streches maybe Switch sports, yoga, running. Yeah, lots of reading too but no fun for me. Last time I fell I also bruised my major writing wrist, so I will be off again for awhile. Only a few days though till it patches itself up though. Ugh bones why you be so annoying.
